Finding a Home for Lucky Spot
NOSE SHOT OF LUCK SPOT
She loves our other pet dogs. Here she is playing with Trouble.
We have a little problem. We found a stray dog that was being chased by a wild coyote. The coyotes in our area have become quite aggressive.

We placed her with a very nice family, but they have decided that they have too many animals already and would like us to find Luck Spot another home. She still has a lot of puppy in her, but she is definitely trainable. We've had to let her know that the "Cats Rule" in this house. She tried to chase us a couple of times but we quickly set her straight. (Quick swat across their eyes always does it. HA!) If she really gets on my nerves then I just turned around a give her my backside. You know: "talk to the tail".
We are trying to keep her at our house until we find her another home. (Five dogs, are four too many---we just can't take another dog at this time.) The problem we are having is that she will stay with us for a couple of days then eventually head back to our neighbors who don't want her.
One of the other cats said that we shouldn't say that she is a coon dog but a "bird dog"...so there you go...probably a pure breed "Bird Dog". HA! She really is cute, with nice spotting.
Email if you know of a good home.

Puppy #2

Here are some pictures of Puppy. Actually we named all four of our dogs "puppy" as we don't want to get too attached.
For today, let's call her puppy #2.
She's trying to ignore me.
Puppy! Look this way...I'm trying to take your picture.
I really don't appreciate how she is looking at me
in this picture. I just told her to "get off the chair".
She's a boxer and the only pure breed that we own. The other dogs are all strays that people dumped. You would think with Puppy #2 being a pure breed that she would have better manners---but she doesn't.
As you can see we tied a orange ribbon around her neck. Our dogs don't like collars, but it’s deer season in Indiana and we don’t want them to get shot.

Cat's Rule
I am one of three cats. We are beautiful, smart and very witty. We own four stupid, lazy, smelly dogs. The hierarchy at our house is such “The dogs are the cats pets”…and we don’t even like them that well. HA!
The dogs do serve one very important function in that they protect our home so we do throw a little respect their way. We try to humor them by giving them bones when they are good; when they’re bad---they are immediately sent outside.
Cat Power!
